Vic was a very patient and encouraging driving instructor. I was scared of driving when I first started but he really helped me build my confidence and become a capable driver.
I'd had lessons with a few other instructors before but they always felt like they were just teaching me the bare fundamentals to pass the practical test.
Vic was very thorough with his teaching and I immediately felt like I was really getting my moneys worth with his teaching. I'm not sure if I'd be driving today if it wasn't for him.

Always reasonable, and happy to cater to the needs of his pupil, I would definitely recommend him to anybody - even if they didn't ask. Passed first time whilst under his instruction, following a previous failure due to issues with another company. No nonsense instructor and a genuinely interesting bloke, built up my capabilities and confidence week by week until I passed. Would recommend to anyone looking to learn.

Many years after failing my driving test when I was 17, I was extremely apprehensive to try again later in life.
After trying one other instructor, that I did not bond with, I went to Vic. He put me fully at ease from the first minute.
He spoke, treated and taught me like a human, opposed to a text book with tick boxes; with a ‘driving with a mate’ approach to teaching. I instantly knew I could do this daunting task with him.
He gave me all the confidence I needed to drive around Bristol and believe in my own ability to deal with anything the roads threw at me.
After passing, the only down side is I don’t like driving without him!
Just wanted to say what a great instructor Vic is ! I took about 10/12 lessons with him I done a lot of lesson with different instructors and I felt that Vic is the best. I felt that he gets the best out of you. I felt so relaxed and calm in the car with Vic I recommend him to all people that want to learn to drive .
